Rental charges depend on the selected vehicle, travel distance, duration, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes. Any additional charges will be communicated before confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking time and travel schedule.

5. Driver & Vehicle

Our vehicles are maintained regularly for safety and comfort. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service in cases involving unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Shree Ram Car Rental is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Payment

Payment must be completed according to the agreed booking terms. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking.
